This board and 3 mini mattarellos (rolling pins) set is designed to make garganelli and gnocchi and other hand-rolled ridged pasta. The carved surface embosses the pasta beautifully.

Easy and fun to use:

Roll out fresh pasta and cut into small even squares.

Take each square of pasta and place diagonally on the board. Using the stick, roll up each square so that it forms a tube.

Remove the tube from the stick. The board is wide enough to roll two squares side by side, to make the job a little quicker!

Voila!

Made of solid oak and finished with food-grade oil, this garganelli board will stay beautiful for a long time

To keep your board in tip-top condition, simply clean with a stiff brush to remove any dough and flour which might have become lodged in the grooves. The oil provides a protective layer, so you can wipe it if necessary, but a stiff dry brush should do the job.

It should stay in good condition for a very, very long time. Occasionally, you may want to revive the wood with chopping board oil or grapeseed oil.
