Shipping policy

UK Shipping We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery time for UK orders is 2–5 business days. We use APC Overnight, Fedex, Evri, Royal Mail and other trusted couriers for our UK parcels, and every parcel is fully trackable. Once your order has been dispatched, we will update it with a tracking number and you will receive an email notification. If you add your mobile number at checkout, our courier will also send you a text message with an estimated delivery time.

Ironmongery, Lighting & Vintage Items These items are ready to post and are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Painted Furniture, Signs & Airer Laths These pieces are painted to order. Please allow a short time for paint to dry. Painted items are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Natural pine and unpainted items are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. Shopify will calculate postage costs automatically at checkout. International orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services.
