🌿 Our Returns Policy

We hope you’re absolutely delighted with your order. But if something isn’t quite right, we understand—and we want to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. That’s why we offer a no-quibble 14-day return policy.

💭 Changed Your Mind or Not Quite What You Expected?

Small Items You’re welcome to return small items for a full refund or exchange. Please send them to: Goodwood Originals Caersalem Chapel, Marsh Street Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, SA15 1AU

Let us know whether you’d prefer a refund or a replacement. Please ensure items are returned in a saleable condition and packed securely.

Large Items We can arrange collection for larger pieces with 24 hours’ notice. If you’d like an exchange (e.g. a different size or colour), we’ll ask our couriers to collect the original item when delivering the replacement. Please note: if the return is not due to a fault, a collection fee of £8.99 applies.

🚚 Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items?

Please contact us before returning anything—we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Small Items We’ll send you a prepaid label for return. Let us know if you’d prefer a refund or a replacement. We’ll process your request as soon as the item arrives back with us.

Large Items We’ll arrange a collection at a time that suits you. If you’d like a replacement, we’ll coordinate the swap with our courier.

🌍 Other Important Notes

• We’re unable to cover import duties for returns from outside the UK.

• Refunds are issued in GBP Sterling within 48 hours of receiving your return.

Please note: Custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty, as they are created specifically for you and cannot be restocked. We’re always happy to discuss solutions if something isn’t quite right.
