How To Install Your Filip Floating Shelf

1. Mark the wall  
Hold the shelf against the wall at the height you want. Use a pencil to mark the centre of each bracket hole.

2. Drill the holes  
Use a drill bit that matches the wall plug size.

Solid walls (brick, block, stone): Use the supplied heavy‑duty plugs.

Plasterboard: Use appropriate plasterboard anchors if you’re not fixing into a stud.

3. Insert the wall plugs  
Tap the plugs flush with the wall.

4. Fit the brackets  
Screw the threaded end of each bracket into the wall plug. Add the washer before tightening fully. Leave the rods pointing straight out and level.

5. Slide the shelf on  
Align the pre‑drilled holes on the back of the shelf with the smooth ends of the brackets. Slide the shelf fully back until it sits flush against the wall.

6. Final check  

Make sure the shelf feels secure and level. Adjust gently if needed.
