  • Items are shipped to the UK within 3 to 4 days of purchase
  • Your parcel should be with you within 48 hours of shipping
  • Items bought from outside the UK are shipped within 7 days
  • We use a variety of couriers services
  • We update the sales record with the tracking number
  • We request that you let us have your mobile number so that the courier can send you an ETA
  • We recommend that you track your parcel

Returns and exchanges

We write relevant, accurate descriptions and post pictures that truly reflect the quality and condition of our products. Please take your time reading our descriptions and viewing our pictures.
Vintage and distressed items may have irregularities, markings, discolorations, and other imperfections. We think these little flaws greatly contribute to the charm and individuality of our products.

We want you to be satisfied with our products and we are always happy to answer your questions and requests for additional information.

  • Dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery


If we are at fault, we arrange and pay for the collection of the item and apply a full refund
If there is no fault on our part and you have changed your mind or want to exchange, we organise a collection but we deduct the price of the collection from the refund

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
