Ravioli Mould, Triple Round Pattern, Walnut
Impress your dinner guests with beautifully embossed, home-made ravioli. With this walnut ravioli mould, it is so easy. Lay down one sheet of pasta and gently press into the rounds. Fill in with your own favourite homemade filling and then place another pasta sheet on top. Fingers are best to press together the parcels and expel the air, and then a pastry wheel or simply a knife to separate into three individual ravioli, enough for one starter dish. See my pictures, I wasn't too precious about it, but it can be done more neatly with the pastry wheel.
Why not explore other cuisines? This mould is also fabulous for other types of filled pasta, like kreplach and wonton, even filled biscuits would look lovely.
Each mould is unique; we finish the American black walnut with oil, to bring out the beauty of the grain and figuring.

CARING FOR YOUR RAVIOLI MOULD
Made of solid walnut and finished with food-grade oil, this ravioli mould will stay beautiful for a long time. To keep your mould in tip-top condition, simply clean with a stiff brush to remove any dough and flour which might have become lodged in the grooves. The oil provides a protective layer, so you can wipe it if necessary, but a stiff dry brush should do the job. We don't recommend standing it in water or in the dishwasher. Occasionally, you may want to revive the wood with chopping board oil or grapeseed oil.
